For those campers requiring Physician Permission to carry either an inhaler or Epi-pen, please print and complete the following form, with authorizing signatures and bring it with you to camp registration.

12:30 - 1 p.m. - Team Time/Chores

1 - 1:15 p.m. - Prepare for Elective

2 - 2:45 p.m. - Snack Shack

2:45 - 3 p.m. - Prepare for Elective 2
