Whitaker Cottage For Sale

Joel and Elizabeth Whitaker have decided to sell their cottage on 58 Higher Ground Drive at Lakeside. Their desire is to, “see the property utilized by someone who can provide the care and attention it deserves.” To that end, they have requested the Executive Committee manage the sale of the cottage in accordance with the Lakeside Constitution and Bylaws and all proceeds donated to the Lakeside ministry.

Therefore, the Executive Committee is extending an invitation to qualified Lakeside members to purchase the Whitaker cottage via a blind auction where bids would be submitted for consideration. After which time, the Executive Committee will review bids received to ensure criteria for owning a cottage are met and make a final selection. In order to allow sufficient time for qualified members to consider purchasing the cottage, bids will be accepted for consideration until August 28, 2026. Bids received will be subsequently reviewed during an executive session at the Executive Committee meeting scheduled for September 4, 2026.

Frewin Cottage For Sale
